• Orders placed are shipped within 1 business day.
• If your order is placed on a Friday after 2:00 pm est your rug will be shipped the following Monday.
• You will be provided a tracking number for your order, you can also view the status of your order by logging in and navigating to your orders.
• All rugs are shipped via UPS and take 5 – 7 business days until it arrives at your doorstep
• We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes
• Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable
• Shipping is free to the continental U.S.A

For any reason if you are not satisfied with your purchase you have fourteen (14) days to return it from the date of delivery. All return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.

• Return merchandise within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery for a full refund
• Items being returned must be in original or equivalent packaging and in the same condition that it was delivered to you
• If any of the merchandise is damaged, soiled  or used in any way the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you
• After the merchandise is received and inspected your money will be refunded on the credit card you used to purchase merchandise
• All refunds take 3 to 5 business days to complete
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
